基于价值流图的变压器车间精益改善研究

Transformer Manufacturing Line's Lean Production Based on Value Stream Map

针对S公司变压器车间存在的产能不足、平衡率低下及生产周期长等问题进行分析,运用价值流图进行分析。提出基于价值流的精益改善方案。根据当前现状绘制出变压器生产线当前价值流图,依据现状图,分析当前生产过程存在的主要问题。根据客户需求确定生产节拍,通过平衡工位、拉动式生产等改善行动优化生产流程并绘制出未来价值流图。实施改善后,缩短了生产周期,库存数量降低,提高了生产线平衡率和产能。

According to the current situation,this paper draws the current value stream map of the transformer production line and analyzes the main problems.According to the customer's request,the target-time of the future map is determined.The process is optimized by balancing the work position,pulling system and so on,the future value map is drawn.After the implementation of the improvement,the production lead time is shortened,the inventory quantity is reduced.
