益肾骨康方治疗癌性躯体痛的临床疗效及对Ckβ8-1、Fractalkine因子表达的影响

Clinical Effect of Yishen Gukang Decoction on Carcinomatous Somatalgia and Its Effect on Expression of Ckβ8-1 and Fractalkine

目的分析益肾骨康方治疗癌性躯体痛的临床疗效及对Ckβ8-1、Fractalkine因子表达的影响。方法以2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的癌性躯体痛患者78例作为本次研究对象,采用抽签法随机分组方式将患者分为两组,对照组使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,研究组使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合益肾骨康方治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果和Ckβ8-1、Fractalkine因子表达水平。结果研究组治疗后疼痛影响评分均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。研究组疼痛控制情况总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%(P <0.05)。研究组治疗后功能状态的提高率64.10%高于对照组的41.03%(P <0.05)。两组治疗前Ckβ8-1和Fractalkine水平比较,差别均不大(均P> 0.05),治疗后两组Ckβ8-1和Fractalkine水平与治疗前比较均升高(均P <0.05),且研究组水平高于对照组(均P <0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应情况。结论益肾骨康方治疗癌性躯体痛的效果显著,可改善患者的生活质量,调节Ckβ8-1、Fractalkine因子表达,且无全身毒副作用,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yishen Gukang Decoction on carcinomatous somatalgia and the expression of Ckβ8-1 and Fractalkine.Methods:78 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,39 cases in each.The control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,while the study group was treated with Yishen Gukang Decoction combined with oxycodone hydrochl oride sustained-rele ase tablets.The clinical therapeutic effect and the expression levels of Ckβ8-1 and Fractalkine were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the pain effect scores of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of pain control in the study group was 94.87%,higher than 76.92%in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of functional status in the study group was 64.10%after treatment,higher than 41.03%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Ckβ8-1 and Fractalkine levels between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the levels of Ckβ8-1 and Fractalkine in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Yishen Gukang Decoction is effective on carcinomatous somatalgia.It can improve the quality of life of patients,controlle the expression of Ckβ8-1 and Fractalkine factors,without systemic toxicity and side effects.
