妇安康口服液联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎性疾病的可行性评价

Feasibility Evaluation of Fu′ankang Oral Liquid Combined with Levofloxacin on Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases

目的观察妇安康口服液联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎性疾病的可行性。方法盆腔炎性疾病患者120例随机分为两组。对照组患者静脉滴注乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液。治疗组在对照组基础上口服妇安康口服液。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的临床症状消失时间和临床症状评分情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的86.67%(P <0.05);治疗后,治疗组临床症状消失率优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论妇安康口服液联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎性疾病疗效确切,可以提高盆腔炎性疾病的治疗效果,提高治愈率。

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of Fu′ankang Oral Liquid combined with Levofloxacin on pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received Levofloxacin Injection.The treatment group took Fu′ankang Oral Liquid on the basis.The clinical efficacy,the time of clinical symptom disappearance and clinical symptom scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group after treatment was 86.67%and 95.00%,respectively.After treatment,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fu′ankang Oral Liquid combined with Levofloxacin is effective on pelvic inflammatory diseases,which can improve the treatment effects and cure rate of pelvic inflammatory diseases.
