从“湿痰瘀”论痛风治法的古今演变

Ancient and Modern Evolution of Gout Therapy from Damp Phlegm and Blood Stasis

中医学认为"湿痰瘀"为痛风的病理基础。本文通过查阅文献,以时间为轴整理历代中医古典医籍,结合现代医学,对痛风因于"湿痰瘀"的古今认识及治法演变进行了梳理总结。随着朝代更迭,痛风的认识及治法在不断发展。现代医学在中医治法的指导下,创造出新型制剂,服务于临床。本文指出,中医"湿痰瘀"互结的病机及其治法理论与现代技术的融合可为痛风的诊疗开辟新的道路,有助于痛风诊疗的客观化和具体化,具有临床借鉴意义。

Traditional Chinese medicine holds that damp phlegm and blood stasis is the pathological basis of gout.In this article,we collated the ancient traditional Chinese medicine of the past dynasties by consulting the literature according to time axis,and combined it with modern medicine to summarize the ancient and modern knowledge of gout due to damp phlegm and blood stasis and the evolution of the treatment method.With the change of dynasties,the understanding and treatment of gout has been constantly developing.Under the guidance of TCM treatment,modern medicine has created new preparations for clinical practice.In this paper,we point out that the combination of the integration of damp phlegm and stasis and the theory of treatment with modern technology can open a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of gout,helpful to be objective and specific in the diagnosis and treatment of gout,which is of significance for reference.
