生态资源资本化是一个基于生态资源价值的认识、开发、利用、投资、运营的保值增值过程。生态资源资本化遵循"生态资源—生态资产—生态资本"的演化路径,这一路径是"资源—资产—资本"三位一体新型资源管理观在生态领域的运用。生态资源在不同阶段具有差异性的价值形态表现,生态资源形态和价值的不断变化使得生态资产实现增值效应。生态资源资本化主要经历生态资源资产化、生态资产资本化、生态资本可交易化等阶段。生态资源资本化路径可分为直接转化路径和间接转化路径,具体包括生态产品直接交易、生态产权权能分割、生态资产优化配置、生态资产投资运营。

The capitalization of ecological resources is a process of preserving and increasing value based on the recognition, development, utilization, investment and operation of ecological resources. It follows the evolution path of “ecological resources-ecological assets-ecological capital”, which is the application of the new resource management concept of “resources-assets-capital” in the ecological field. Ecological resources have different value forms at different stages, and the constant changes in the shape and value of ecological resources make the ecological assets realize the value-added effect. The capitalization of ecological resources mainly goes through the stages of ecological resource assetization, ecological asset capitalization, and ecological capital tradability. The path of capitalization of ecological resources can be divided into direct and indirect conversion path, including direct trading of ecological products, division of ecological property rights, optimal allocation of ecological assets, and investment in ecological assets.
