基于BIM技术的农地整治项目协同运行框架

Collaborative Operation Framework of Rural Land Consolidation Project Based on BIM Technology

探讨了BIM技术在农地整治中运用的可行性,构建了基于BIM的农地整治项目协同运行框架,采用文献分析与演绎推理的方法进行了分析,结果包括:(1)设计了农地整治项目BIM-GIS技术框架;(2)构建了基于BIM的农地整治项目协同运行框架。因此,BIM的运用是农地整治项目信息化、可视化的新趋势;推行协同运行是农地整治项目治理结构创新的路径;构建了协同运行模式需加强BIM技术研发、农地整治项目标准化以及管理制度创新。

This paper explored the feasibility of the application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in rural land consolidation,built and analyzed the BIM-based collaborative operation framework for rural land consolidation project by adopting the methods of literature review and deductive reasoning.The results included that:(1)the design of BIM-GIS technology framework of rural land consolidation project;(2)the construction of BIM-based collaborative operation framework of rural land consolidation project.This article concludes that:the application of BIM is a new trend of informatization and visualization of rural land consolidation project;carrying out the collaborative operation is the path to innovate the governance structure of rural land consolidation project;constructing the collaborative operation mode shall strengthen the research and development of BIM technology,and the standardization and management system innovation of rural land consolidation project.
