A Perspective on Pattern of “Family Farm+ Tobacco Farmers' Professional Cooperatives”in Weifang City

破解现代烟草农业发展难题,必须推进生产经营方式创新。对山东省潍坊市"家庭农场+烟农专业合作社"的烟叶生产经营模式进行深入探析,发现其成功的经验关键在于种植和服务两个主体的责任和职能明晰,从实践层面解决了"在哪种烟、谁来种烟、怎么种烟"的问题,并在此基础上提出了推进烟叶生产方式创新的思路和建议。

To solve the problems in the development of modern tobacco agriculture,we must promote the innovation of tobacco leaf production and management mode.This article deeply explored the“family farm+tobacco farmers’professional cooperatives”pattern of tobacco leaf production and management in Weifang city,Shandong province,and considered that the success of this pattern was mainly due to clarifying the responsibility and function of two main bodies(planting and serving)and solving the problems of“where to plant,who plants,and how to plant”at the practical level.On this basis,the author put forward some ideas and suggestions for promoting the innovation of tobacco leaf production mode.
