发展型社会政策视角下的社区老年服务

Community Elderly Service from the Perspective of Developmental Social Policy

从发展型社会政策的视角出发,通过探究发展型社会政策在社区老年服务中的应用,以及当前社区老年服务的发展现状,发现当前社区老年服务存在老年人可获得资源少、老年服务人才流失严重、老年人不重视自身发展等问题,提出加强政策落实、健全人力资本发展机制、提升老年群体的自我发展意识等对策,以此来发挥发展型社会政策的积极作用,推动社区老年服务的发展与完善。

This paper aims at the problem of community elderly service,from the perspective of developmental social policy,through exploring the application of development-oriented social policy in community elderly service and the current situation of community elderly service development.It is found that there are some problems in the current community service for the elderly,such as the lack of resources available to the elderly,the serious brain drain of the elderly service,the lack of attention to their own development,and so on.The countermeasures are proposed to promote the self-development consciousness of the elderly group,so as to give play to the positive role of the developmental social policy,and promote the development and improvement of the community elderly service.
