目的论视域下红色旅游文本英译失误及防范策略——以安徽省为例

Errors in Red Tourism Texts English Translation under Skopos Theory and Preventive Strategies——Take Anhui Province as an Example

相对于蓬勃发展的自然旅游,安徽省红色旅游资源发展相对滞后,红色旅游景区外宣文本译文中存在失误,也影响了景区及红色文化的对外传播。依据目的论原则,红色旅游景区英译文本应力求语言简洁、精确,保留原文本的严肃性,术语统一、准确,以及前后情节的逻辑衔接。安徽省红色旅游英译文本失误违背了目的论的目的性、连贯性和忠实性法则。翻译者要围绕翻译目的,以英语译本的受众为重要目标,避免语言性错误,灵活采用直译、注释、增译、省略等各种翻译方法,最终达到红色旅游文化的有效外宣,促进安徽省红色旅游的国际化发展。

Compared with the vigorous development of nature tourism, the development of red tourism resources in Anhui Province is lagging behind. Errors in publicity texts translation of red tourism scenic spots further impair the dissemination of scenic spots and red culture. According to Skopos theory, the English version of red tourism texts is supposed to be concise, brief and formal linguistically. The terms should be coherent and exact, with the plots cohesive with each other. But the fact is that the English version of red tourism introduction texts in Anhui Province violates the principles in the purpose, coherence and faithfulness. Therefore, translators should focus on the purpose of translation, targeting the audiences with English background, eliminating linguistic errors, translate the texts flexibly, by adopting literal translation, annotation, additional translation, ellipsis and other translation methods to achieve the effective promotion of red tourism culture and promote the international development of red tourism in Anhui Province.
