摘要
根据合作企业用人多维度需求,发挥骨干合作企业的主导作用,构建道路桥梁工程技术类专业适用于第三学年的"2311"定制培养方案。借助合作企业师傅的传帮带、依托工程项目实施3岗位顶岗实践,根据就业岗位需求自主选择拓展课程包提升知识和技能,辅助学生完成1份职业生涯规划等举措,提升了企业在人才培养过程中的参与度,实现了人才规格质量和企业对人才需求的有利对接。
According to multi-dimensional needs of cooperative enterprises, the leading role of key cooperative enterprises is exerted, and the “2311” customized training program for road and bridge engineering technology majors is applied to the third year. With the assistance of masters of cooperative enterprises and relying on the implementation of on-the-job practice of three posts, based on the demand of the job to independently expand the curriculum package to enhance knowledge and skills, and assisting students to complete a career development plan, etc., the level of enterprise’s participation in the process of talent cultivation is promoted, which facilitates favorable connection between the quality of talent specifications and demand for talents.
