现代职教体系视阈下“中高职”衔接人才培养改革探索——以南通航运职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 建立现代职教体系是实现职业教育中职、高职、本科不同层次间贯通发展的有效途径,也是经济社会发展的现实需求。当前,中高职教育在课程体系的衔接、培养方式的衔接和"双创"教育的衔接等方面存在短板,制约着职业教育贯通的深入发展和人才培养质量的提高。构建六年"一贯制"人才培养课程体系、实施产教深度融合共育人才、推行"双创"教育课程是当前推动中高职衔接人才培养改革的有效措施,有利于统筹中职和高职两个不同层次教育的协调发展,实现职业教育质量的台阶式提升。 Establishing a modern vocational education system is an effective approach to facilitate the development of secondary, higher vocational and undergraduate education. It is also a realistic demand for economic and social development. Presently, there are shortcomings in secondary and higher vocational education in interconnection of curriculum system, cultivation mode as well as “double innovation” education, which restricts the in-depth development of vocational education and the improvement of talent education quality. Currently the effective measures of promoting the reform of talents’ cultivation in secondary and higher vocational education include constructing a six-year “consistent system” talent cultivation system, implementing in-depth integration of production and education to cultivate talents, as well as promoting “double innovation” educational courses, which is conducive to coordinating development of secondary and higher vocational education and steadily promoting vocational education quality.
