无抽搐电休克治疗老年精神障碍的效果与不良反应

Effect and Adverse Reactions of Convulsion Electroconvulsive Therapy for Senile Mental Disorders

目的探讨分析无抽搐电休克治疗老年精神障的效果与不良反应。方法便利选取该院2015年6月—2018年6月收治的85例老年精神障碍患者,分析该组患者不良事件上报率及疗效。结果此次研究当中共上报37例不良事件,其中男性不良事件报告14例,女性不良事件报告23例,由此可见男性不良事件报告率显著低于女性(χ2=5.127,P<0.05);精神分裂症患者不良事件报告7例,情感性不良事件报告30例,不同精神疾病患者不良事件报告率存在显著差异,其中不良事件报告率最高的是情感性能障碍(χ2=5.265,P<0.05)。结论给予老年精神障碍患者无抽搐电休克治疗具有显著效果,在治疗过程中需要密切观察患者不良反应发生情况,并及时给予干预处理,尤其表现在急性谵妄,因此需要密切观察。

Objective To investigate the effect and adverse reactions of electroconvulsive therapy without convulsions in the treatment of senile mental disorders.Methods 85 elderly patients with mental disorders admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were conveniently enrolled.The reported rates and efficacy of adverse events were analyzed.Results A total of 37 adverse events were reported in the study,including 14 male adverse events and 23 female adverse events.This showed that male adverse events were significantly lower than females (χ^2=5.127,P<0.05); there were 7 cases of adverse events reported in schizophrenia and 30 cases of affective adverse events.There were significant differences in the reporting rate of adverse events among patients with different mental illnesses.The highest rate of adverse events was emotional performance disorder (χ^2=5.265,P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with mental disorders without electroconvulsive therapy.In the course of treatment,it is necessary to closely observe the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients,and timely intervention treatment is given,especially in acute paralysis,so close observation is needed.
