糖皮质激素与环磷酰胺联合治疗系统性红斑狼疮治疗效果与安全性研究

Therapeutic Effect and Safety of Glucocorticoid Combined with Cyclophosphamide in the Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者采取糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺进行治疗的效果及治疗安全性。方法方便选取2015年3月—2018年3月该院收治的80例系统性红斑狼疮分为A、B组,各40例,前者单独使用糖皮质激素治疗;后者使用糖皮质激素和环磷酰胺治疗,对比其结果。结果两组的用药安全性比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.091 8,P>0.05);但B组免疫指标水平与炎性因子水平均优于A组,B组治疗有效率是92.50%,高于A组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.500 6,P<0.05)。结论对系统性红斑狼疮患者采取糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺进行治疗的效果显著,不仅改善患者的炎性症状,而且还能有效保护免疫功能,用药安全性高,建议广泛推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of glucocorticoid combined with cyclophosphamide in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods 80 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus lupus erythematosus from March 2015 to March 2018 were convenient selected and divided into group A and group B,40 cases each.The former was treated with glucocorticoid alone; the latter was treated with glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide,and the results were compared.Results The safety of medication was not significant in the two groups(χ^2=0.091 8,P>0.05).However,the level of immune index and inflammatory factor in group B was better than that in group A.The effective rate of treatment in group B was 92.50%,higher than group A of 75.00%(χ^2=4.500 6,P<0.05),with statistical difference.Conclusion The treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with glucocorticoid combined with cyclophosphamide is effective.It not only improves the inflammatory symptoms of patients,but also effectively protects immune function.The safety of medication is high.It is recommended to be widely promoted and applied.
