药物联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Drugs Combined with Endoscopic Surgery for Patients with Chronic Sinusitis

目的分析药物联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效。方法方便选择该院耳鼻咽喉科门诊自2015年1月—2018年1月收治的106例慢性鼻窦炎患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组给予患者口服克拉霉素片联合鼻窦炎口服液进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合鼻内镜手术,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组临床有效率为94.34%明显高于对照组77.36%,相对比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.493 9,P<0.05);观察组鼻塞、鼻后滴漏、头部胀痛VAS评分与对照组对比,前者均明显低于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组嗅觉减退、全身不适VAS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应。结论在药物治疗的基础上联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者疗效较好,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of drugs combined with endoscopic surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic sinusitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given oral clarithromycin tablets combined with sinusitis oral liquid for treatment.The observation group was combined with endoscopic surgery on the basis of the control group to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.34%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.36%,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=13.493 9,P<0.05).The observation group had nasal congestion,postnasal drip,head pain and VAS score compared with the control group,significantly lower than the latter,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05); the difference between the two groups of olfactory hypothyroidism,systemic discomfort VAS score was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion On the basis of drug therapy,combined with endoscopic surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis is effective and worthy of reference.
