瑞舒伐他汀钙片强化治疗对老年冠心病疗效及安全性的影响

Effect of Intensive Treatment of Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets on the Efficacy and Safety of Coronary Heart Disease in the Elderly

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙片强化治疗用于老年冠心病患者的疗效与安全性。方法方便选取2015年3月—2018年3月该院82例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分为实验组(冠心病标准治疗+瑞舒伐他汀强化治疗,42例)和对照组(冠心病标准治疗,40例)。对比观察两组疗效,统计不良反应。结果实验组治疗显效率(80.95%)和治疗总有效率(95.24%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.314、4.351;P<0.05);实验组谷丙转氨酶升高0.00%,磷酸肌酸激酶升高2.38%,肾功能异常2.38%,头痛2.38%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.416、1.347、1.347、0.307;P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀强化治疗老年冠心病效果确切,可有效降低患者血脂水平,改善稳定型心绞痛症状,且不明显增加患者不良反应,用药安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From March 2015 to March 2018,82 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the hospital were convenient selected as experimental subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into experimental group (standard treatment for coronary heart disease + intensive treatment with rosuvastatin,42 cases) and control group (standard treatment for coronary heart disease,40 cases).The efficacy of the two groups was compared and the adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Results The effective rate of treatment (80.95%) and the total effective rate of treatment (95.24%) were higher in the experimental group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=6.314,4.351; P<0.05); the experimental group alanine aminotransferase liter 0.00%,phosphocreatine kinase increased by 2.38%,renal function abnormality was 2.38%,headache was 2.38%,and there was no significant difference compared with the control group (χ^2=1.416,1.347,1.347,0.307; P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease is effective.It can effectively reduce the blood lipid level and improve the symptoms of stable angina pectoris,and it does not significantly increase the adverse reactions of patients.The medication is safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
