微信延续护理对脑梗死患者二级预防依从性的影响

Effect of WeChat Continuing Nursing on Secondary Prevention Compliance in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨微信延续护理对脑梗死患者二级预防依从性的影响。方法方便选取2016年6月—2017年5月该院收治的首发脑梗死患者共120例,随机分为两组(观察组与对照组),各60例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施微信延伸护理。对比两组干预后的二级预防依从性及护理满意度。结果观察组抗凝药物依从性98.3%、降压药物依从性93.3%、降糖药物依从性96.7%及降脂药物依从性85.0%,显著高于对照组的63.3%、61.7%、78.3%、60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对于非常满意41例、一般满意15例、不满意4例,对照组非常满意30例、一般满意19例、不满意11例,两组相比差异有统计学意义(Z=2.243, P<0.05)。结论微信延续护理对于梗死患者二级预防依从性的提高效果显示,亦有助于提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of WeChat continuation nursing on secondary prevention compliance in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with first-episode cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups (observation group and control group) with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given regular health education,and the observation group implemented WeChat extended care.The secondary prevention compliance and nursing satisfaction after the two groups of interventions were compared.Results The observation group had 98.3% of anticoagulant compliance; 93.3% antihypertensive drug compliance; 96.7% hypoglycemic drug compliance; 85.0% lipid-lowering drug compliance,which was significantly higher than 63.3%,61.7%,78.3%,60.0% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the observation group was very satisfied with 41 cases,15 cases were generally satisfied,4 cases were unsatisfactory,the control group was very satisfied with 30 cases,generally satisfied with 19 cases,and dissatisfied with 11 cases,the difference was statistically significant (Z=2.243,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of WeChat continuation nursing on the improvement of secondary prevention compliance in infarction patients also helps to improve patients' satisfaction with nursing.
