不同护理方法对胃恶性肿瘤患者术后胃肠功能恢复的效果观察

Effect of Different Nursing Methods on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function Recovery in Patients with Gastric Malignant Tumor

目的探讨胃恶性肿瘤患者术后采用不同护理方法对促进胃肠功能恢复的作用。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年12月该院收治的86例胃恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,依据术后护理方法不同分为实验组(优质护理,43例)和对照组(常规护理,43例),对比观察两组术后胃肠功能基本指标,统计胃肠功能紊乱发生率及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果实验组术后肠鸣音恢复时间(31.6±8.4)h,排气时间(40.9±6.7)h,排便时间(57.1±9.2)h,恢复饮食时间(8.7±2.6)d,胃肠功能紊乱发生率2.33%,患者护理满意度93.02%,各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.537,t=6.221,t=7.083,t=4.210,χ2=3.084,χ2=3.761;P<0.05)。结论胃恶性肿瘤术后行优质护理可有效促进患者胃肠功能恢复,减少胃肠功能紊乱,对促进患者早期康复具有积极作用,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of different nursing methods on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric malignant tumors.Methods Convenient select from January 2015 to December 2017,86 patients with gastric malignancies admitted to the hospital were enrolled in the study group.According to different postoperative nursing methods,they were divided into experimental group (quality nursing,43 cases) and control group (conventional nursing,43 cases),the basic indicators of postoperative gastrointestinal function in the two groups were compared,and the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services were statistically analyzed.Results The recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds in the experimental group was (31.6±8.4) h,exhaust time (40.9±6.7) h,defecation time (57.1±9.2) h,recovery time (8.7±2.6) d,gastrointestinal dysfunction incidence rate was 2.33%,and the patient's nursing satisfaction was 93.02%.All the indexes were better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant (t=6.537,t=6.221,t=7.083,t=4.210,χ^2=3.084,χ^2=3.761; P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing after gastric malignant tumor can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce gastrointestinal dysfunction.It has a positive effect on promoting early rehabilitation of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
