全程健康教育模式应用于糖尿病护理管理中的价值探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨全程健康教育模式应用于糖尿病护理管理中的价值。方法回顾分析2017年4月—2018年4月该院收治的82例糖尿病患者的临床资料,并随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予全程健康教育模式护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果观察组的自我管理率、知识掌握率、血糖控制率分别为85.37%(35/41)、87.80%(36/41)、82.93%(34/41),对照组的自我管理率、知识掌握率、血糖控制率分别为68.29%(28/41)、63.41%(26/41)、60.98%(25/41),差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.235,P<0.05;χ2=14.226,P<0.05;χ2=10.125,P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为92.68%(38/41),对照组的护理满意度为82.93%(34/41),差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.973,P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病的护理管理中应用全程健康教育模式有助于提升疾病的控制质量,值得广泛推广。 Objective To explore the value of the whole-course health education model in the management of diabetes care.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given full-course health education mode nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.Results The self-management rate,knowledge acquisition rate and blood glucose control rate of the observation group were 85.37%(35/41),87.80%(36/41),and 82.93%(34/41),respectively.The self-management rate and knowledge of the control group were mastered.The rate and blood glucose control rate were 68.29%(28/41),63.41%(26/41),and 60.98%(25/41),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.235,P<0.05;χ^2=14.226,P<0.05;χ^2=10.125,P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.68%(38/41),and the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 82.93%(34/41),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=25.973,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a full-course health education model in the management of diabetes care can help to improve the quality of disease control and is worthy of widespread promotion.
