优质护理服务对老年干部病房脑卒中患者康复效果及满意度的影响效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Quality Nursing Service on Rehabilitation Effect and Satisfaction of Stroke Patients in Elderly Cadre Wards

目的研究优质护理服务对老年干部病房脑卒中患者康复效果及满意度的影响效果。方法方便选取该院2017年6月—2018年6月期间老年干部病房就诊的50例脑卒中患者,采用随机数字表法的形式将50例患者平均分为实验组与对照组,每组25例。其中,对照组采用基础性护理模式,实验组行优质护理服务,对比两组患者临床治疗效果与临床康复效果。结果经两组患者临床护理效果比较分析证实,实验组临床治疗总有效率为96%,对照组为72%,实验组高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.357 1,P=0.020 6 <0.05)。实验组入院与出院神经功能评分分别为(26.45±3.82)分、(13.87±2.15)分;对照组入院与出院神经功能评分分别为(26.42±3.79)分、(23.66±3.76)分。两组数据对比发现,入院时差异无统计学意义(t=0.027 8,P=0.977 9>0.05),出院时两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=11.301 4,P=0.000 0 <0.05)。实验组入院与出院Barthel指数分别为(35.11±7.95)分、(79.96±21.33)分;对照组入院与出院Barthel指数分别为(35.09±7.89)分、(52.64±15.34)分。两组数据对比发现,入院时组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.008 9,P=0.992 9>0.05),出院时组间对比,差异有统计学意义(t=5.199 2,P=0.000 0<0.05)。结论将优质护理服务应用于老年干部病房脑卒中患者临床治疗过程中,能够使患者临床康复效果得以改善,优化护理满意程度,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective The comparative analysis of clinical nursing results of the two groups confirmed that the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 96%,and that in the control group was 72%.The experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (χ^2=5.357 1,P= 0.020 6<0.05).The neurological function scores of the experimental group were (26.45±3.82)points and (13.87±2.15) points,respectively.The neurological scores of the hospital admission and discharge were (26.42±3.79) points and (23.66±3.76),points respectively.The data of the two groups showed no significant difference in admission (t=0.027 8,P=0.977 9 >0.05).The difference between the two groups at the time of discharge was statistically significant (t=11.301 4,P=0.000 0 <0.05).The Barthel index of admission and discharge in the experimental group was (35.11±7.95) points and (79.96±21.33) points,respectively.The Barthel index of admission and discharge in the control group was (35.09±7.89) points and (52.64±15.34) points respectively.The data of the two groups showed no significant difference between the groups at admission (t=0.008 9,P=0.992 9>0.05).There was significant difference between the groups at the time of discharge (t=5.199 2,P=0.000 0<0.05).Conclusion Applying high-quality nursing service to the clinical treatment of stroke patients in elderly cadre wards can improve the clinical rehabilitation effect and optimize the satisfaction of nursing,which has high clinical promotion value.
