临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者中应用的效果评价

Evaluation of the Clinical Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Elderly Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究在腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者中采取临床护理路径干预的临床效果。方法该文统计验证分析目标是方便选取的66例腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者,样本采集时间段是2017年6月—2018年6月,参照护理方法的不同实施样本平均分组研究,对照组收入的33例患者开展常规护理干预,实验组收入的33例患者开展临床护理路径干预,分析对比对照组与实验组腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者健康知识掌握情况、护理质量评分、住院时间、住院费用、护理满意度合计值。结果实验组腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者健康知识掌握情况(95.00±3.01)分、护理质量评分(96.88±3.05)分、住院时间(4.01±0.55)分、住院费用(7 023.21±123.22)分、护理满意度合计值96.97%与对照组数据指标[(85.21±5.62)分,(90.21±3.01)分,(6.55±0.32)分,(8 899.51±155.56)分,78.78%]进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床护理路径干预应用在腹腔镜胆囊切除术老年患者中可提升患者认知度,有利于改善生存质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The statistical analysis target was conveniently selected 66 elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The sample collection period was from June 2017 to June 2018.The average grouping of different implementation samples was based on the nursing method.33 patients underwent routine nursing intervention.33 patients in the experimental group were enrolled in clinical nursing pathway intervention.The health knowledge of the elderly patients in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy group,the nursing quality score,the hospitalization time,and the hospitalization total cost and satisfaction of care were compared between the control group and the experimental group.Results In the experimental group,the health knowledge of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy (95.00±3.01)points,nursing quality score (96.88±3.05),hospitalization time (4.01±0.55)points,hospitalization expenses (7 023.21±123.22)points,total nursing satisfaction value 96.97% were compared with the control group[(85.21±5.62)points,(90.21±3.01)points,(6.55±0.32)points,(8 899.51±155.56)points,78.78%(P<0.05)].Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway intervention in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve patient awareness and improve the quality of life.
