新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病使用亚低温治疗的观察和护理

Observation and Nursing of Mild Hypothermia Therapy for Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy

目的总结新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病应用亚低温治疗期间的相关护理。方法方便选取2016年2月—2018年2月期间该科室进收治的缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿70例作为研究对象,所有纳入患儿均给予行全身亚低温冰毯治疗,为患儿温的稳定;观察患儿临床治疗情况。结果该组新生儿中、重症窒息70例,治愈63例、好转5例、放弃治疗2例,未出现1例严重并发症。结论有效的监护及护理措施可保证新生儿全身亚低温冰毯治疗过程中的安全性。

Objective To summarize the nursing care of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy during the treatment of hypothermia.Methods A total of 70 neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted to the department from February 1,2016 to February 31,2018 were enrolled.All children were implemented hypothermia therapy.The child was stable in temperature; the clinical treatment of the child was observed.Results In this group,70 cases of moderate and severe asphyxia were cured,63 cases were cured,5 cases were improved,2 cases were abandoned,and 1 case of serious complications did not appear.Conclusion Effective monitoring and care measures can ensure the safety of neonatal hypothermia ice blanket treatment.
