加味六味地黄汤在男性少弱精不育症治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Male Oligos and Infertility

目的探讨加味六味地黄汤在男性少弱精不育症治疗中的应用效果。方法方便选择2016年1月—2017年12月该院收治的男性少弱精不育症患者88例,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组44例。对照组应用枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,研究组应用加味六味地黄汤治疗。评价两组患者的临床疗效,以及治疗前后精子活动率与密度的变化。结果研究组治疗的总有效率90.91%,高于对照组72.73%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.889,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组精子活动率(68.5±10.5)%与精子密度(46.5±8.5)×106/mL均高于对照组同期(62.5±8.8)%、(29.5±5.6)×106/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=7.558,10.052,P<0.01)。结论加味六味地黄汤应用于男性少弱精不育症患者中具有显著的效果,可以有效提高精子活动率与密度,适于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of male oligospermia infertility.Methods Convenient select eighty-eight male patients with weak infertility were enrolled in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate capsules,and the study group was treated with Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated,as well as the changes in sperm motility and density before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.91%,which was higher than that of the control group (72.73%).The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.889,P<0.05).After treatment,the sperm motility rate (68.5±10.5)% and sperm density (46.5±8.5)×106/mL were higher than the control group (62.5±8.8)%,(29.5±5.6)×106/mL,the difference was statistical significance (t=7.558,10.052,P<0.01).Conclusion Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Decoction has a significant effect on male patients with weak and infertility,which can effectively improve sperm activity rate and density,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
