摘要
血栓弹力图(thrombelastography,TEG)是检测离体血液在体外凝血功能状况的模拟试验,目前已被广泛应用于临床心血管病、肝病、血液病等疾病的凝血功能监测。在指导合理输血方面,血栓弹力图既可以全面实时反应患者凝血功能,又可以评估出血等不良事件风险;同时还可对血液高凝状态进行及时纠正,对出血原因进行判断从而以广泛应用于对患者凝血功能状况的监测并指导输血治疗。该文通过整理血栓弹力图在指导临床创伤性失血、围术期、肝移植及血管手术的应用研究并分析TEG的缺陷与改良,为临床输血治疗更加科学、合理、有效提供参考。
Thromboelastography (TEG) is a simulation test for detecting the coagulation function of isolated blood in vitro.It has been widely used in the monitoring of blood coagulation in clinical cardiovascular diseases,liver diseases and blood diseases.In guiding the reasonable blood transfusion,the thromboelastogram can not only fully reflect the coagulation function of the patient in real time,but also evaluate the risk of adverse events such as bleeding.At the same time,it can also correct the hypercoagulable state of the blood in time,and judge the cause of the bleeding so as to be widely used in monitoring the patient's coagulation status and guiding transfusion therapy.This article provides a reference for clinical transfusion therapy to make scientific transfusion therapy more scientific,reasonable and effective by arranging thromboelastography to guide clinical traumatic blood loss,perioperative,liver transplantation and vascular surgery.
