摘要 多用途重吊船载运货物多样、货舱区域长、装载工况复杂,因此结构设计难度较大。结合8400 DWT多用途重吊船单货舱大开口的特点,重点阐述主要设计思路,包括货舱布置与结构设计特点、对舱口变形及最大限位力的确定,以及船体结构形式及布置的优化,同时介绍了船体屈服强度、屈曲能力,以及重吊基座加强结构的强度评估方法。设计思路及计算评估方法可为后续船舶的设计提供一定参考。 Multi-purpose heavy-lift vessels boast diversity of cargo transportation,large cargo hold and complicated loading conditions,leading to many difficulties and challenges for structural design.Based on the feature of a 8 400 DWT multi-purpose heavy-lift vessel with single hold,the introduction to structural design characteristics,hatch deformation control,optimization of structural arrangement were mainly elaborated.Finite element analysis including yielding and buckling calculation for hull structures and strength evaluation for reinforcement of crane foundation were also presented.Design ideas and evaluation methods could provide certain reference for similar ship design.
