摘要
以中交集团上海航道局新建2艘6500m^3耙吸式挖泥船为研究对象,估算了全船设备在各主要工况下的功率需求,提出了能够满足各工况功率需求的动力系统的几种配置方案。根据目标船的作业特点,对各动力配置方案的适用性进行初步的分析,结合基于层次分析的模糊评判法进行评判,选出最适合目标船的动力配置方案。根据选出的最优配置方案选取的主机型号对目标船进行功率验证,确认可以满足目标船的设计要求。
Taking two 6 500 m^3 trailing suction hopper dredgers built by CCCC-SDC as an example,the article estimated the power demand of all the ship equipment under main working conditions and proposed several configuration schemes of the power system that could meet the power requirements of each operating mode.On basis of the working characteristics of the ship,the applicability of each power scheme was analyzed preliminarily and the most suitable solution was determined according to the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The main engine power selected by optimized scheme was verified,resulting in the satisfied result.
