摘要
介绍了一种基于三维激光扫描测量技术的船舶型线快速确定方法。利用三维激光可以快速对物体空间外形和结构进行逐点扫描,从而获取物体表面上亿万个点的空间坐标和颜色信息的特点,准确快速地测量船舶表面数据或轮廓外形,再进行数据处理、曲面创建、三维实体模型重构等处理,通过对测量数据的拟合、分析,快速实现船舶型线的逆向建模。该技术可以较好地应用于船舶型线测量工作,根据实测数据生成的三维数据模型还可以直接转换为设计图,实现测量与设计的无缝对接。
The rapid modeling method of ship lines based on massive point cloud was introduced.The 3D laser scanning was used to measure the space shape and the structure of the object quickly.Therefore,the spatial coordinates and color information of massive points on the surface of the object were obtained.The surface contour of the ship was measured quickly and accurately,and then data processing,surface reconstruction and 3D solid reconstruction were carried out.By fitting and analyzing the survey data,the reverse modeling of ship lines would be completed quickly.This technique could be well applied to the survey of ship lines.Based on the measured data,The 3D data model could be transformed directly into the design drawings,making the measurement and design much easier.
