摘要
已持续研究多年的大型高铁客站使用后评价多以旅客为研究对象,对高频使用群体——车站员工和动车组司乘人员的关注度相对不足。文章选取长沙南站站房为典型评价客体,以两类高频使用者为控制变量进行满意度研究。在检验了问卷信效度的基础上,通过均值分析、方差分析及相关分析,发现两类群体的主观评价在总体上和在多个因子上存在显著性差异,车站员工的评价普遍低于动车组司乘人员,大型高铁客站特别是员工内部使用空间的设计优化已迫在眉睫。最后,总结问题突出的因子并提出改进建议,为将来的高铁客站设计工作提供参考。
The post-use evaluation of large-scale high-speed railway stations has been studied for many years now. However, the research is mainly based on passenger evaluations, and the degree of attention from high-frequency groups (i.e. station staff and EMU crew) is relatively insufficient. The Changsha South Railway Station building was selected as a typical evaluation object, and two types of high-frequency users (station staff and EMU crew) were used as the control variables to conduct a satisfaction study. By testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, through mean analysis, variance analysis and correlation analysis, it was found that the subjective evaluations of the two groups have significant differences in terms of overall and multiple factors. The evaluation of the station staff is generally lower than that of the EMU crew, and the large-scaled railway station, especially in relation to how the internal-use space for the employees is set up. Optimization needs to be calculated. Finally, the paper summarizes the outstanding factors and puts forward suggestions for improvement, so as to provide reference for the future design of high-speed-rail passenger stations.
