摘要
以我国乡村旅游中的交流缺失为背景,思考乡村旅游的现状与问题。首先,以顾客兼容性与服务满意度、顾客互动的影响因素等心理学理论为基础,分析交流对与提高旅游体验的积极作用;其次,针对乡村旅游中游客间存在的话题缺乏、相遇少、环境缺失等交流问题,归纳了用于激发游客间交流的三类要素:事件、人物和环境;最后,针对三类要素提出创造自觉性、偶发性与自发性这三类交流空间的设计策略,并以宝水村进行案例分析。激发游客间的交流是提升乡村旅游质量、促进乡村旅游发展的新策略之一。
Purpose: Against the background of poor communication in rural tourism, this paper discusses the current situation and the problems of rural tourism. Research methods: Firstly, based on psychological theories, such as customer compatibility, service satisfaction etc., and the influencing factors of customer interaction, the positive effects of communication on tourism experience are analyzed. Secondly, aiming at the problems of communication between tourists in rural tourism, such as lack of topics, fewer encounters, and lack of environment, three elements are summarized to stimulate communication among tourists: events, characters, and environment. Finally, aiming at these three elements, this paper puts forward a design strategy for creating the three types of communication space - consciousness, occasionality, and spontaneity - and makes a case study of Baoshui Village. Result: It is concluded that stimulating communication among tourists is one of the new strategies to improve the quality of rural tourism and promote the development of rural tourism.
