摘要
采用电容分段法测量微小距离,实现了电容式刚性模量的测量.该方法测量摆脱了对于电容器严格平行状态的依赖,通过对2个非平行板电容器微小偏角的静态测量,可以计算得到材料的刚性模量.利用此装置测量了琴钢丝的刚性模量为78 974.9N/mm2,相对偏差为1.3%.
Utilizing the method of capacitor segmentation to measure tiny distance,a device of measuring capacitive rigidity modulus was designed.This method avoided availably the reliance on the strict parallel state of the capacitor.By measuring statically the small angle of the two non-parallel plate capacitors,the rigidity modulus of the material could be calculated.The rigidity modulus of the piano wire was measured by this device,and the relative error was 1.3%.
