摘要
为了深入探讨半浸桨叶片反复出入水过程中的通气现象及力学特性,论文采用CFD技术模拟了半浸桨的水动力性能。半浸桨的扰动流场通过雷诺平均(RANS)方程计算,利用VOF方法捕捉自由液面,应用滑移网格技术模拟半浸桨的转动。针对841-B标准半浸桨模型,论文首先进行了网格数量的收敛性分析,并将计算结果和试验值比较,两者比较接近。在此基础上,论文进一步分析了不同进速系数下半浸桨的通气现象及桨叶表面的压力分布情况。研究结果表明,半浸桨会导致其尾流场的剧烈变化,导致其尾流场螺旋型翻转。半浸桨桨叶在出入水过程中的受力也呈周期性变化趋势。
Aiming at ventilation phenomenon and mechanical property for a surface piercing propeller,CFD method was applied.The flow field was solved through the Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes equation(RANS),and the free surface was captured through the VOF method.Propeller's rotation was handled by means of sliding mesh.For the 841-B SPP,grid convergence was analyzed.Computational results agreed well with the experimental data.Ventilation phenomenon of the surface piercing propeller was analyzed at different rate of advance and pressure distribution on the blade surface.The results indicate that the surface piercing propeller will cause a drastic change in the wake field and result in spiral flip of the wake flow.Force on the blade changes cyclically in the process of entering and leaving water.
