工夫红茶加工装备研究现状

Research Status of Processing Equipment for Congou Black Tea

茶叶加工装备是茶业规模化、标准化加工的基础。近年来,工夫红茶发展迅速,但红茶设备多为非标设计,存在品质不稳定、工艺匹配性差、自动化程度低等共性技术问题。文章分析总结了目前国内外红茶加工设备的研究现状与存在问题,并对我国红茶产业发展前景予以展望,以期为标准化、智能化红茶加工技术的创新提供发展借鉴与参考。

Tea processing equipment is the basis for the large-scale and standardized processing of tea industry.Congou Black Tea has achieved rapid progress in recent years.Nevertheless,most tea processing equipment did not have a consistent standard.Therefore,there are some common technical problems such as unstable quality,poor process compatibility,and low degree of automation.This paper analyzed the research status of black tea processing equipment and summarized the problems of them in China and other countries.We made a prospect for the development of tea industry in China.Additionally,it prospected for providing references for standardized and intelligent processing technology.
