Comparison between Domestic and International Black Tea Standards

红茶是国际茶叶贸易中最重要的产品,国际标准化组织、各主要出口国和进口国都制定了红茶相关标准,大多数国家所制定的红茶标准都是参照国际标准。由于中国红茶种类繁多,单一的红茶标准无法满足中国红茶的技术要求,因此,中国红茶标准与国际标准的技术内容存在较大差异。文章从标准的范围与定义、基本要求、理化和卫生指标等方面来阐述两者的差异。

Black tea plays an important role in international tea trade.International Organization for Standardization(ISO),major import and export countries have developed black tea standards,most of which are adopted the ISO standards.Due to the diversity of black tea varieties in China,single black tea standard can’t meet the technique requirements in China.Therefore,There are many differences between black tea standards of China and ISO.This paper summarized the differences of standards in terms of the scope,definition,basic requirements,physical-chemical and safety requirements.
