对退耕还林后续产业培育问题的思考

Thoughts on the Cultivation of Follow-up Industry of Returning Farmland to Forests

以青海省海东市乐都区蒲台乡为例,分析退耕还林后续产业发展中存在的问题及原因,提出了推进农业产业化经营,大力发展龙头企业;大力发展森林生态旅游业,积极发展农村专业合作经济组织;加快退耕农户转产转业步伐和剩余劳动力的转移等建议。

Taking Putai Township of Ledu District of Haidong City in Qinghai Province as an example, this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the development of the follow-up industry of returning farmland to forests. And it puts forward some suggestions including the promotion of agricultural industrialization management and vigorously develops leading enterprises;Actively develop rural professional cooperative economic organizations;accelerate the transfer of farmer households to the transition of production and the transfer of surplus labor and so on.
