国内林下经济发展现状问题及对策

近年来党中央和国务院高度重视林下经济发展。推动绿水青山成为百姓致富的金山银山,自2010年以来,中央一号文件都明确提出要积极发展林下经济。十九大报告中,提出发展林下经济,不断深入循环林业与生态文明建设。20世纪90年代开始,国家建立起以生态文明为林业经济的主要发展战略。林业经济不再以砍伐树木为盈利手段。在国内学术研究领域里,少有书籍系统研究林下经济。但林业学者均已开始关注林下经济产业。从林下经济的基本理论入手,以循环林业为基础。针对国内林下经济的发展现状与问题,提出对策建议,实现林下经济的可持续发展。

In view of the development status and problems of the domestic forest economy, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to realize the sustainable development of the forest economy.
