林业碳汇交易的法律制度研究

随着全球温室效应的日益严重,减缓暖温室效应成为全球国家备受关注的内容。林业碳汇具有减缓温室气体浓度的作用,所以其具有的价值非常的可观。为了改善现在的环境问题,我国以及其他国家都积极采用了林业碳汇交易项目。但中国关于林业碳汇交易的法律制度还不够完善。因此,针对我国的林业碳汇交易的法律制度进行研究,进而提出有效的措施,以供参考。

With the increasing global greenhouse effect, the warming down of the greenhouse effect has become a topic of global concern. Forestry carbon sinks have the effect of mitigating greenhouse gas concentrations, so their value is very substantial. In order to improve the current environmental problems, China and other countries have actively adopted forestry carbon trading projects. However, China's legal system on forestry carbon trading is still not perfect. Therefore, the legal system of forestry carbon trading in China is studied, and effective measures are proposed for reference.
