平江县森林质量现状分析及提升对策

Analysis on Current Situation of Forest Quality and Countermeasures for Improvement in Pingjiang County

在分析湖南平江县森林资源现状基础上,合理评价平江县森林质量,找出造成森林质量低下的主要原因,提出了实行分区经营,分类施策;加大森林经营资金投入,严格执行工程监理制度;加强人工林经营管理,优化林分结构;严格保育天然林,增强森林生态功能等提升森林质量的有效途径。

Based on the analysis of the status of forest resources in Pingjiang County in Hunan Province, the forest quality of Pingjiang County was reasonably evaluated. And the main reasons for the low quality of forests were identified. The paper proposed the implementation of district management and classification policy. The investment in forest management funds was increased and the project supervision was strictly implemented. And as well as strengthening the management of plantations, optimizing the structure of forests, strictly conserving natural forests, enhancing forest ecological functions and other effective ways to improve forest quality.
