木质生物质碳汇能力统计方法应用研究:江苏案例 被引量:10

摘要 运用《省级温室气体清单编制指南》方法,以江苏省为例,对其木质生物质的碳汇能力、时空分布及影响因素进行了核算和分析。结果表明:(1)江苏省木质生物质的年均碳汇总量从1995—2000年的84.48×104t CO_(2e)/a,增加到2006—2010年的837.82×104t CO_(2e)/a,同期单位面积年均碳汇能力由2.05t CO_(2e)/(ha·a)增加到5.17t CO_(2e)/(ha·a),但苏南各市的木质生物质碳汇能力明显低于苏北地区;(2)案例地区木质生物质碳汇的显著增长,主要缘于该省森林面积和蓄积总量的快速增长,林分单位面积蓄积的不断提高,以及林木年生长和消耗量的合理变化。在此基础上,论文提出了将木质生物质的碳汇增量作为专项统计数据纳入生态文明建设目标考核体系,以及推进森林资源的科学经营等建议。 Using the method of “Guidelines for the Compilation of Provincial Greenhouse Gas Inventories”, Jiangsu Province was taken as an example to calculate and analyze the carbon sink capacity, spatial and temporal distribution and influencing factors of woody biomass. The results show that:① The annual average carbon content of woody biomass in Jiangsu Province increased from 84.48×10^4t CO2e/a in 1995-2000 to 837.82×10^4t CO2e /a in 2006-2010. The annual average carbon sink capacity per unit area increased from 2.05t CO2e/(ha·a) to 5.17t CO2e/(ha·a), but the carbonaceous biomass of woody biomass in southern Jiangsu was significantly lower than that in northern Jiangsu;② The significant increase in the carbonaceous sinking of woody biomass in the case area is mainly due to the rapid growth of the forest area and total volume of the province, the continuous increase in the unit area of the forest, and the reasonable changes in the annual growth and consumption of forest trees. On this basis, the paper puts forward suggestions for incorporating the carbon sink increment of woody biomass as a special statistical data into the ecological civilization construction target assessment system and promoting the scientific management of forest resources.
