摘要
为探究过度自信、高管货币薪酬与企业盈余管理的关系,以2013-2016年度A股上市公司为样本,研究高管货币薪酬与盈余管理之间的关系,得出两者之间呈正相关关系,即高管会为了获得高额报酬而进行盈余管理.加入过度自信变量进行考察,结果显示过度自信、高管货币薪酬与盈余管理呈现正向相关关系.为企业探索委托代理模式下,过度自信对高管薪酬与盈余管理的影响及偏差具有一定的参考价值.
The paper aims to explore the relationship between overconfidence,executive monetary compensation and corporate earnings management.A study is made of the relationship between executive monetary compensation and earnings management in A stock listed companies in 2013-2016,and it is found that there is a positive correlation between them,that is,executives will manage earnings for high remuneration.With the variable of overconfidence added,it is found that there is also a positive correlation between overconfidence,executive money compensation and earnings management.For enterprises to explore the principal-agent mode,overconfidence is of reference value for the impact and deviation of executive compensation and earnings management.
