摘要
iSchool运动已在世界图书情报领域产生了广泛影响,吸引了多个国家的优秀成员。新加坡管理大学是iSchool亚太地区的成员之一,是一所国际公认的顶尖大学。文章对新加坡管理大学信息系统学院的研究生人才培养模式等进行全面研究,总结分析其人才培养的特点,以期为我国iSchool院校的人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。
Information Schools Movement has had a broad impact in the world s Library and Information Science field,attracting a number of prominent members from some countries.Singapore Management University is a member of iSchool in Asia-pacific region and is recognized as one of the top universities in the world.This paper makes a comprehensive study on the training mode of graduate students in the School of Informstion Systems at Singapore Management University,and analyzes the characteristics of its personnel development to provide a reference for the reform of talent development mode in iSchool colleges in China.
