摘要
针对传统风力发电机体积大,制造和维修费用较高的缺点,设计一种由变量泵-定量马达组成的液压型风力发电主传动控制系统。阐述了液压型风力发电机组的工作原理,分析了双闭环控制系统对发电机转速的控制,利用MATLAB软件仿真分析,仿真结果表明控制系统阶跃响应快速稳定。由于液压型风力发电机组中存在超长液压管路,分析了管路中压力损失,通过理论计算得到管路中沿程压力损失远大于局部压力损失,其中沿程压力损失随着管路中流量的增大而增加。
Aimed at the shortcomings of the traditional wind turbine generator,such as a huge size,a high cost of manufacturing and maintenance.It designed the main drive control system of hydraulic type wind turbine based on the variable pump-fixed-displacement motor.It discussed the operation principle of the hydraulic drive for the wind power generation,and analyzed the double closed loop control system for the generator speed control,used the MATLAB software simulation analysis.The results of simulation proved that fast and stable of the step response control system.Due to existing the super-long hydraulic line in hydraulic type wind turbine,analyzed the pressure loss in pipeline.According to the theoretical calculation,the frictional pressure loss is greater than the local pressure loss,and the frictional pressure loss increases with the increase of the flow in pipeline.
