摘要
该文讨论了工业平缝机的机械同步传动方式,引入了多电机同步控制系统。分析了几种常用的多电机同步控制方法,结合同步性能较好的偏差耦合控制,设计并搭建了基于DSP的三电机同步控制系统实验平台,完成了三电机同步控制系统的程序设计,完成了多电机同步控制算法的验证实验。实验结果表明,可以较好地改善系统的同步性能,能够较好地满足被控对象对高精度同步控制的要求。
In this paper,the mechanical synchronous transmission mode of industrial sewing machine is discussed,and a multi-motor synchronous control system is introduced.This paper analyzes several common multimotor synchronous control methods,combined with good synchronous performance of bias coupling control,designs and sets up the experimental platform of three-motor synchronous control system based on DSP,completes the programming design of three-motor synchronous control system and completes the verification experiment of multi-motor synchronous control algorithm.Experimental results show that the system can improve the synchronization performance and meet the requirements of the controlled object for high precision synchronization control.
