摘要
针对无人机总装配生产线最优化调度问题,基于装配过程的工作流,提出利用赋时Petri网建立能够描述飞机平台动态装配生产线工作流间复杂关系的仿真模型,结合飞机实际装配的特点论述了该模型的构建方法和运行规则,为后期寻找关键路径,确定无人机装配生产线的最佳人工分配方案和最优作业排序奠定基础。
To solve the problems of UAV complicated assembly process,based on the workflow of assembly process,the simulation model was proposed to describe the complicated relationship of UAV dynamic assembly process by way of the timed Petri net.The structure method and working rule of this model was discussed in the paper combined with the feature of UAV assembly.It will lay the foundations for find critical patch and the best allocation plan and the work sequence of UAV assembly process in the future.
