电力机车二系载荷调整软件设计与实现

摘要 为保证机车轮(轴)重分配均衡,需通过调簧操作保证机车二系载荷分布的均衡性,针对传统调簧工艺复杂,无现成软件指导的问题,在总结现有先进调簧算法的基础上,提出一种电力机车二系调簧软件的设计与实现方法,开发出了一套集成先进调簧算法的软件系统。经现场验证,该软件系统可以实现车型数据配置、弹簧刚度拟合、多种算法实施调簧并输出指导加垫量以及报表打印等功能,软件使用方便,利于推广,对指导现场调簧操作有着重要意义。 In order to ensure the equalization of wheel-load(axle-load),the balance of secondary load distribution of locomotives needs to be ensured by adjusting the spring load.For the traditional transfer spring complex process,there is no ready-made software guidance.This paper proposed a design and implementation method of secondary spring load adjustment software for AC drive electric locomotive based on the summarization of the existing advanced torsion spring load algorithms.A software system integrating advanced spring load adjustment algorithm was developed.Verified by the scene,the software system can realize the functions of vehicle data configuration,spring stiffness fitting,kinds of algorithms implementation of the spring load adjustment and output guidance gaskets number and report printing,the software is easy to use as well as promotion.It has important significance to guide the spring load adjustment operation on-site.
