激光气体分析仪在精密发酵中的应用

摘要 过程在线参数检测是实行发酵过程优化控制的基础,通过激光气体分析仪在线分析发酵过程中CO2和O2,并通过软件分析得到RQ值,通过RQ值指导宏观代谢参数的调控,以优化发酵工艺,实现精密发酵,提高目的产物的产率。 Process online parameter detection is the basis of optimizing control of fermentation process.The RQ was obtained by analyzing the CO2 and O2 in the fermentation process by the laser gas analyzer.Through the RQ value to guide the regulation of macroscopic metabolic parameters,to optimize the fermentation process,precision fermentation and improve the yield of the product.
