摘要
通过采用茚三酮实验、泡沫试验、斐林试验、本尼迪哥特实验、三氯化铁实验、三氯化铝实验、碱液试验、浓硫酸实验等方法,对太白草药马牙七根、茎、叶三部分所含的化学成分进行鉴定,结果显示马牙七中含有氨基酸、还原糖、多糖、皂苷、鞣质、酚类、黄酮类、蒽醌等物质。茎中各种化合物的含量最高,根中次之,而叶中含量均较少。继而测定了马牙七提取物的抗氧化活性,结果显示马牙七水提取物具有强的还原性。
The chemical composition in roots,stems and leaves of Calanthe fimbriata were identified by a series of chemical methods that includes ninhydrin reaction,foaming reaction,α-naphthol experiment,benedict reaction,ferric chloride experiment,luminium chloride experiment,alkaline liquid test and concentrated sulfuric acid test,etc.Results showed that the chemical composition of Calanthe fimbriata included amino acids,glycosides,tannins,phenols,flavonoids and anthraquinone components.Ingredient were more in stem than it in roots and leaves.The antioxidant activity of extracts from Calanthe fimbriata was observed.Results showed,the water extract of Calanthe fimbriata had stronger reducing power.
