摘要
目的:探讨不同浓度太子参多糖(PHPs)对RAW 264.7小鼠单核巨噬细胞的免疫调节作用。方法:以不加任何样品的培养基为空白对照组,以脂多糖(LPS)为阳性对照组,同时用多粘菌素B(PMB)来排除LPS对PHPs的污染。当PHPs作用巨噬细胞RAW264.7 24 h后,通过研究PHPs对巨噬细胞释放NO及细胞因子TNF-a生成的影响来评价太子参多糖的免疫调节作用。结果:太子参多糖具有较明显的促进巨噬细胞释放NO的作用,可显著增加TNF-α的释放。结论:太子参多糖对RAW264.7小鼠单核巨噬细胞具有潜在的免疫调节活性。
Objective:To investigate the immunomodulatory effects of different concentrations of Pseudostellariae polysaccharides(PHPs)on RAW264.7 macrophages.Methods:In the present study,culture medium without any sample was used as a blank control group,lipopolysaccharide(LPS)was used as a positive control group,and polymyxin B(PMB)was used to exclude the LPS pollution of PHPs.RAW264.7 cells were cultured for 24 h,and the effects of PHPs on the macrophages’release of NO and TNF-αwere studied to evaluate its immunomodulatory activity on RAW264.7 cells.Result:PHPs exhibited an obvious promoting effect on the macrophages’release of NO.Additionally,PHPs significantly increase the secretion of TNF-α.Conclusion:PHPs have a potential immunomodulatory effect on the macrophage cell line RAW264.7.
