中国传统武术实战能力的高低应当置身于特定的社会空间中加以讨论。通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法研究,认为传统武术具有极强的实战能力是历史的真实。从实用理性出发,传统武术的实战长在器械技术而非徒手技能;传统武术是搏杀技艺而非竞技体育,实战条件只能在无规则限制下才能完整呈现;传统武术实战核心技术需要长期地、艰苦地练习,只可能掌握在极少数的群体之中。现实背景下,由于武术的实战功效与法制社会的构建准则相悖,社会控制的强化造成武术实战的弱化;现代社会的环境变迁令武术技击价值减化,武术实战让位于体育健身、娱乐表演等价值功能,武术实战能力日渐式微。

The actual combat ability of Chinese traditional martial arts should be discussed in a specific social space.Through literature and logical analysis,it is considered that the traditional martial arts have strong practical ability,which is the reality of history.Proceeding from practical reason,the actual practice of traditional martial arts lies in the technique of equipment rather than the skills of unarmed.The traditional martial arts fight skill rather than sports,the actual conditions only in no rules to complete presentation.The core skills of traditional martial arts need to be practiced very hard and for a long time,and only in a very small number of groups.Under the realistic background,because the martial arts actual effect and the legal society construction standard contradict,the social control enhancement causes the martial arts actual combat to weaken.The change of environment in modern society reduces the value of Wushu attack and martial arts,and the actual combat of martial arts is located in the functions of sports,entertainment and performance,and the actual combat ability of martial arts is fading.
