一株咖啡因降解菌Paraburkholderia theasoli sp. nov.的多项分类鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 对一株从镇江茶园土壤中分离到的咖啡因降解菌CF2~T进行多项分类鉴定。通过16SrRNA基因序列同源性比对、脂肪酸组成、呼吸醌、DNA杂交等多个方面鉴定。结果表明,CF2~T为细菌,革兰氏阴性,接触酶阴性,氧化酶阴性,主要呼吸醌为Q-8。系统发育树分析结果表明,CF2~T属于Paraburkholderia属,相似度最高的菌株是Paraburkholderia fungorum LMG 16225T,为98.3%,与它的杂交值为56.3%。菌株CF2~T的生长温度为15~42℃,生长pH为4.0~8.0,耐盐浓度为0~2.0%。该菌株对庆大霉素、链霉素等多种抗生素敏感。DNA (G+C)摩尔分数为62.9%。 A caffeine-degrading bacterium CF2^T isolated from the soil of Zhenjiang Tea Garden was classified and identified.It was identificated through 16S rRNA gene sequence homology alignment,fatty acid composition,respiratory quinone,DNA hybridization.The results showed that CF2^T was bacterial,Gram-negative,contact enzyme negative and oxidase negative,and the main respiratory quinone was Q-8.Phylogenetic tree analysis result showed that CF2^T belonged to Paraburkholderia ,and the most similar strain was Paraburkholderia fungorum LMG 16225^T (98.3%),and its hybridization value was 56.3%.The growth temperature,pH and the salt tolerance concentration were 15-42 ℃,4.0-8.0,0-2.0%,respectively.The strain is sensitive to gentamicin,streptomycin and other antibiotics.The molar fraction of DNA (G+C) was 62.9%.
