不同DM/CZ/S用量对含氯丁V带压缩胶性能的影响

摘要 研究了不同用量的DM/CZ/S硫化体系对含氯丁V带压缩胶的硫化特性、老化前后物理机械性能、动态生热性能及Mullins效应的影响。结果表明,随着S、DM/CZ用量增加,t_(10)、t_(90)变化不大,M_H-M_L有所增大。S、DM/CZ用量对老化过程中物理机械性能变化率影响不大。且S、DM/CZ用量越大Mullins效应程度与压缩最大力值有所增大。且在一定范围内,表观交联密度越大80℃tanδ越小。 The effects of different amounts of DM/CZ/S vulcanization system on the vulcanization characteristics of chloroprene V-belt compression rubber, physical and mechanical properties before and after aging, dynamic heat generation and Mullins effect were studied. The results showed that with the increase of S, DM/CZ dosage, t10 and t90 did not change much, and MH-ML increased. The amount of S, DM/ CZ has little effect on the change rate of physical and mechanical properties during aging. And the greater the amount of S, DM / CZ, the greater the Mullins effect and the maximum compression force. And within a certain range, the greater the apparent crosslink density, the smaller the tanδ at 80℃.
