摘要
分析了大规格民用飞机舱门硅橡胶密封带的受力状态,研究了硬度、减磨剂品种及用量、涤纶织物品种对密封带用硅橡胶材料静、动摩擦系数的影响。结果表明,邵尔A硬度由40度增加到80度时,硅橡胶的静、动摩擦系数分别由0.579、0.565降至0.335、0.285;同时添加4份二硫化钼和6份芥酸酰胺作减磨剂时效果较佳,硅橡胶的静、动摩擦系数分别由0.511、0.419降至0.281、0.212;硅橡胶与进口涤纶织物复合后的耐磨性能较佳,在渗胶状态下的静、动摩擦系数分别降至0.246、0.212,在不渗胶状态下静、动摩擦系数分别降至0.162、0.121。
The stress state of the large-sized silicone rubber belt for commercial aircrafts door was analyzed.The effects of hardness,anti-wear agent type and dosage,and composite polyester fabric variety on static and dynamic friction coefficient of silicone rubber belt were studied.Results showed that when the Shore A hardness was increased from 40 degrees to 80 degrees,the static and dynamic friction coefficients of silicone rubber were reduced from 0.579 and 0.565 to 0.335 and 0.285,respectively.At the same time,when 4 phr molybdenum disulfide and 6 phr erucide-amide were added as antiwear agent,the static and dynamic friction coefficient of silicone rubber reduced from 0.511,0.419 to 0.281,0.212,respectively.The wear resistance of silicone rubber combined with imported polyester fabric was better,the static and dynamic friction coefficients in the state of penetration were reduced to 0.246 and 0.212,respectively,and the static and dynamic friction coefficients were reduced to 0.162 and 0.121 in non-penetrating state,respectively.
